In this role, you will lead onboarding for a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from mid-market to large enterprises. Your focus will include configuring client environments and delivering tailored training sessions, whether virtually or in-person. Building robust relationships with client administrators and stakeholders is essential to optimize the implementation process.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead onboarding and implementation projects smoothly
• Deliver virtual/in-person training tailored to clients
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders during onboarding




• Configure client environments and user setups
• Support data migration from previous systems

Requirements:
• 5+ years in Customer Success or Software Implementation
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms and technology products
• Proven experience managing multiple client projects
• Robust technical aptitude and quick learning ability
• Experience onboarding mid-market and enterprise clients
