Support client engagements, software development projects and business-process improvement initiatives. You'll gather requirements, document workflows, and bridge business needs to technical teams across government, AI, FinTech and digital-transformation work. Co-op students, recent graduates and early-career professionals are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

- Gather and document business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops; write BRDs.
- Develop process maps, workflows and user stories.
- Assist with project planning, scope definition and timelines.
- Work closely with developers, designers and project managers.
- Support software testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Prepare project documentation, reports and deliverables.

Required qualifications

- Degree or diploma in Business,



Information Systems, Computer Science, Project Management or a related field.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite; strong documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred qualifications

- Experience with software development projects and Agile / Scrum.
- Writing user stories, acceptance criteria and process models.
- Familiarity with AI, cybersecurity, FinTech or digital transformation.
- PMP, CAPM, CBAP, ECBA, PRINCE2 or Agile certifications an asset.
