Join Accredited Supports to the Community as a Disability Services Coordinator. Lead a dedicated team to support adults with disabilities by coordinating essential services in Alberta.

This full-time position involves overseeing a 24-hour service support program. Your leadership will foster community access and promote social inclusion for clients. A cooperative approach with staff will ensure an exceptional experience aligned with ASC’s culture of honour, dignity, and respect.

Key Responsibilities: • Develop and monitor client service and support plans • Lead and supervise support staff,



ensuring high service quality • Mentor staff to embody organization’s values • Collect information through team meetings and one-on-ones • Maintain compliance with relevant standards and legislation

Requirements: • At least 3 years in leadership within disability services • Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience • Strong skills in problem-solving and communication • Experienced in planning, directing, and coordinating activities • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
