Mount Royal Dental Choice seeking Dental Administrator

We’re looking for a confident and driven Dental Administrator to join our growing practices. This role plays a key part in strengthening patient relationships, maintaining a full and productive schedule, and supporting a high-performing clinical team.

Location: Mount Royal Dental Choice

Full-time Hours

Monday - 8am to 4pm

Tuesday - 10am to 6pm

Wednesday - 11am to 7pm

Thursday - 8:30am to 4:30pm

Alternating Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm

2 Saturdays per month - 9am to 2pm

What You’ll Do
Greet patients warmly and ensure every visit starts on a positive note
Deliver excellent customer service with a friendly, engaging, and upbeat approach
Handle patient records, billing, insurance submissions, and payment processing with strong attention to detail
Work alongside a team at provides General Dentistry services as well as Implants, Invisalign and PRF
Manage patient scheduling, appointment confirmations, and follow-ups
Help strengthen patient retention and reactivation

Experience working on a front desk in a busy office setting
Ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining strong attention to detail
Naturally bring positive energy to every interaction
Love following up and closing the loop
Enjoy turning “maybe later” into “scheduled!”
Organized and comfortable tracking numbers and goals
Stay calm under pressure and keep things running smoothly
Team-focused mindset with a desire to grow

Qualifications
Minimum 1 years of dental administration experience
Experience in a quick-paced dental office environment
Knowledge of Curve software is an asset
Dental Administrator Certificate
