As the Patient Services Clerk, you will be integral to the operation of our 40-bed Integrated Stroke Unit. This part-time role involves performing reception and administrative duties that uphold the highest standards in patient care. By collaborating with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, you will ensure that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care throughout their recovery timeline.

Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out reception and patient communication tasks
• Execute clerical functions in line with organizational policies




• Liaise with healthcare staff to streamline patient processes
• Maintain confidentiality while processing patient information
• Prioritize tasks in a energetic environment

Requirements:
• Diploma in Medical Office Administration or equivalent
• Administrative experience in a healthcare setting
• Minimum 50 wpm keyboarding skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
• Prior experience with Meditech is preferred
