In this role, you will provide comprehensive direction and support for all camp programming, facilitating camper development through individualized therapeutic and educational approaches. Key Responsibilities:



• Direct individualized camper support and goal evaluations • Oversee educational programming and seamless transitions from camp • Train and supervise counselling staff and Group Work Supervisor • Manage scheduling for activities and transportation logistics • Provide leadership through spiritual initiatives and community building
