Key Responsibilities: • Sand and fill all wood surfaces for a flawless base • Ensure color matching meets exact specifications • Spray or hand-apply protective and decorative finishes • Conduct thorough inspections of completed projects • Achieve a minimum 98% defect-free rate

Requirements: • 3+ years of trade experience or current apprenticeship • Strong multitasking and organizational expertise • Excellent skills in time management and order prioritization • Detail-oriented and driven for production efficiency • Availability for standard working hours, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
