In this permanent position, you will conduct assessments, develop care plans, and oversee adherence to nutritional standards. Your role involves collaboration with management and direct communication with residents and families. Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with the Food Service Manager about nutrition needs
- Conduct nutritional assessments using RAI MDS 2.0
- Set individualized dietary plans with residents and families




- Approve and review seasonal menus for nutritional value
- Educate staff and residents on nutrition and hydration Requirements:
- Registered Dietitian eligible for College of Dietitians membership
- 3-5 years’ experience in long-term care preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
