This entry/casual role involves significant interaction within the Culture, Language & Heritage department. You'll commit to a total of 15 hours per week, focusing on fluency through team efforts and sharing experiences using the 'Where Are Your Keys' teaching method. Your contributions will foster community engagement and language documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build language fluency through team-oriented learning
• Teach using engaging methods to community learners
• Document experiences with multimedia tools
• Travel for team-oriented learning opportunities
• Attend intensive language sessions in hitac̓u
Requirements:
• Pass a Criminal Record Check
• Strong collaboration and team work skills
• Access to a personal computer for online learning
• Willingness to teach in a fun, engaging manner
• Teaching experience is an asset
