The City of Beaumont is seeking an experienced Firefighter to be part of its growing department. This role involves responding to fire-related incidents and supporting public safety through training and community outreach. You will maintain operational readiness and ensure compliance with safety practices while contributing to a strong team spirit.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to fire, medical, and hazardous material incidents
• Conduct inspections and maintenance of firefighting equipment
• Support training for Volunteer Firefighters and safety meetings




• Maintain cleanliness of the fire station and grounds
• Participate in debriefings and report unsafe conditions
Requirements:
• High school graduation or equivalent
• Valid Alberta Driver’s License with Q endorsement
• NFPA 1001 Firefighter Levels I-II accreditation
• Standard First Aid with CPR/AED certification
• Minimum 3 years of active fire service experience
