Summary The Alterationist fits, pins, marks and alters garments to client specifications in the store alterations atelier. The role focuses on delivering high-quality technical alterations for luxury fabrics, ensuring correct fit and timely completion while partnering with sales associates to satisfy clients. Responsibilities Measure clients to determine scope of work Pin and mark garments appropriate to fabric and fit Complete alterations to the highest technical standard and deliver on or before promised date Inform clients of alteration charges and confirm promise dates Partner with Sales Associates and provide expert guidance on cut and fit Maintain a clean, orderly atelier and report supply or equipment needs Requirements Tailoring/seamstress technical training or equivalent 2 years experience in a similar capacity Experience altering luxury fabrications Ability to communicate comfortably in English and/or French #J-18808-Ljbffr
