This position will work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary health care team to create a patient/resident/client and family centered environment conducive to the provision of quality care.



Licenses Valid Class 5 driver's license Education Completion of an approved Dietetic Practicum Program Bachelor of Science in Nutrition (BSc(Nutr)) Competencies Computer skills Interpersonal skills Organizational skills Time management skills Communication skills Experience Previous experience in a clinical nutrition setting is an asset Knowledge & Abilities Self motivated with the ability to work independently Knowledge in clinical nutrition Ability to establish effective treatment relationships with clients Ability to concentrate within a dynamic work environment Ability to assess/develop/implement/evaluate a comprehensive nutrition care plan Ability to work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team Knowledge of quality improvement initiatives Other Information Registered/eligible for registration with the Saskatchewan College of Dietitians Registered/eligible for registration with the Dietitians of Canada (DC) Scheduled hours of work may be reduced during the rotation stipulated when a statutory holiday is recognized during that period. #J-18808-Ljbffr
