KeyResponsibilities:

Performvenipuncturesandotherbloodcollectionprocedureswithprecisionandcare.

Ensureaccuratelabelingandhandlingofspecimenstomaintainintegrity.

Maintainacleanandorganizedworkspace,adheringtosafetyandinfectioncontrolprotocols.

Communicateeffectivelywithpatientstoalleviateconcernsandprovideclearinstructions.

Collaboratewithhealthcareprofessionalstosupportpatientcareandlaboratoryoperations.

Documentandinputpatientinformationaccuratelyintothehospital'sdatabase.





Requirements/Qualifications:

Completionofarecognizedphlebotomytrainingprogramorequivalentexperience.

CertificationasaPhlebotomyTechnicianispreferred.

Stronginterpersonalskillswithafocusonpatient-centeredcare.

Abilitytoworkindependentlyandaspartofateaminafast-pacedenvironment.

Excellentorganizationalskillsandattentiontodetail.

Proficiencyinusinglaboratoryinformationsystemsisanasset.

Compensation:
$30.84-$35.15perhour,commensuratewithexperienceandqualifications.
