The Contract Inventory Planner I is accountable for administrating the receipt and processing of the customer scans, releases and purchase orders; monitoring inventory levels at the Central Distribution Facility (CDF) and Forward Stocking Location (FSL) and providing support to Program Managers and FSL employees in order to fulfill the contract requirements. The Contract Inventory Planner I is responsible for maintaining ongoing communication and providing status updates to customers and internal partners (on-site program managers, sales, purchasing and shipping departments) in order to develop and maintain a positive working relationship. About you Contract Inventory Planner I shall be responsible for coordinating basic level contracts that meet, but are not limited to the following requirements:
Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years relevent experience in contract support; some college coursework preferred. Previous work experience in customer service, distribution and/or planning, preferably within the aerospace industry Demonstrated ability to successfully learn and perform Contract Administration Support duties and entry-level training Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential, alongside experience using Copilot or other AI tools to enhance productivity
