Join a high-volume operational support team within a banking environment focused on client transfer activities and financial institution outreach. This role supports day-to-day operations through outbound calls, data entry, and updates within internal systems including ISM, Kofax, and case management software. The position offers full training, ongoing team support, and exposure to a collaborative 20-member environment.

Contract, Toronto, Hybrid, 4 days in office Monday to Thursday

Must Haves

- 1-2 years in banking operations or financial services operations
- Strong Excel skills working with spreadsheets and macros
- Phone-based support in a call center environment with outbound calling responsibilities
- High technical aptitude supporting data entry and internal systems updates
- University graduate

Nice to Have

- Previous Wealth experience
- Experience with ISM, EIS, or ticketing systems
- Bilingual in French and English
- Experience with macros
- Additional banking experience

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to financial institutions regarding client transfers
- Update internal systems with transfer and client information
- Perform data entry within in-house systems and case management software
- Work with ISM and Kofax imaging systems
- Follow up on client transfers into TD Wealth in a timely and accurate manner
- Participate in daily team huddles
