What You’ll Do — Make Art and Drive Sales

As a Sales & Experience Associate , your mission is to deliver exceptional customer service while meeting and exceeding sales targets. You will:

- Welcome customers and guide them through the Iris Galerie experience

- Spark curiosity, explain the concept, and convert interest into sales

- Handle transactions, upsell personalized products, and offer expert advice

- Stay engaged and proactive during quiet times—no two days are the same

- Represent the Iris Galerie brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

Who We’re Looking For





We’re seeking someone with an eye for detail and a passion for people. The ideal candidate:

- Has a strong sales mindset and a natural ability to connect with customers

- Is friendly, confident, and persuasive in closing sales

- Has adaptable availability

- Is fluent in English (additional languages are a strong asset)

- Is comfortable using digital tools and learning new systems (Adobe or photography experience is a plus)

- Demonstrates reliability, initiative, and team spirit

- $19/hour base pay
