Caterpillar is seeking a Field Service Representative to support Gas Turbine packages in Ontario. This remote role involves hands-on troubleshooting, maintenance, and excellent customer service.

As a Field Service Representative, you will install, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment on customer sites. Proficiency in using tools and technical diagrams is essential, combining your technical know-how with a strong customer service approach. You will actively contribute to problem-solving and the maintenance of mechanical equipment across varied power plant environments.

Key Responsibilities:



• Install and maintain gas turbine equipment on-site • Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions using test equipment • Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance • Repair or replace faulty mechanical equipment as needed • Ensure safety standards are met during maintenance

Requirements: • Degree or equivalent experience preferred • Familiarity with mechanical maintenance in power supply • Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills • Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLC) • Proactive approach and initiative in responsibilities
