Title: Bilingual Content Write

Term: October 2026 - September 2027

Location: Remote

Clearance: Must be eligible for level 1 Reliability Security Clearance. (You must be living in Canada at least 5 years)

Description of Service

The Content Writer will research, develop, and coordinate content for webinars, including scripts, panel questions, transcripts, and participant materials.

The client a resource who can work part time (25 to 30 hours per month) for 12 months. They will broadcast 1 webinar per month. They will always have 4 webinar in-production at a time. Each are in different stages of production up to, during and post broadcast.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct interviews with subject matter experts within and outside.
- Prepare webinar transcripts
- Write webinar scripts
- Help prepare webinar panelists for their webinar broadcast events
- Review content briefs for each webinar
- Conduct research on each panelist and on each webinar topic
- Develop panel questions
- Prepare documents to be uploaded and made available for webinar participants to download.
- Review panelists’ inputs
- Attend, lead, and participate in internal calls and meetings related to webinar production
