Compensation This position is hourly, and the starting pay rate is $23.50/ hour with eligibility for a afternoon shift premium o f $1.50/hr where applicable (DC roles only), and eligibility for an incentive target of $1,200 which is contingent upon achieving both individual and company performance objectives.
