Become a key player at The Village of Glendale Crossing as a full-time Kinesiologist and Program for Active Living Coordinator in London, Ontario. Design and implement innovative exercise programs for our residents while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
This full time role starts in Fall 2026. The successful candidate will have a degree in Kinesiology, focusing on psychomotor behavior, and be able to lead exercise initiatives for seniors. Key responsibilities include developing exercise programs, working closely with physiotherapists, and providing educational sessions to residents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement cognitive and physical exercise programs
• Collaborate with physiotherapists for resident goal achievement
• Conduct resident transfer assessments as needed




• Lead educational sessions on active living and body mechanics
• Supervise Kinesiology students and volunteers supporting the PAL program
Requirements:
• Degree in Kinesiology focusing on rehabilitation
• Registration with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario preferred
• Experience working with seniors and cognitive impairments
• Knowledge of relevant policies and best practices
• Ability to display a caring attitude toward residents
