As a member of the HC Nursing Downtown Team at the WRHA, you will utilize your nursing skills for community-focused healthcare. With a minimum of two years of relevant experience preferred, candidates should hold a certification in community health nursing.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive nursing care in community settings
Assess patient needs and plan care delivery accordingly
Maintain compliance with nursing regulations and standards
Document patient interactions and outcomes accurately

Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program
Current registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba
CPR certification as per employer policy
Valid Manitoba Class 5 driver's license
