As an Accounting Technician on MNP's Assurance & Accounting team, you'll provide essential support in a agile and entrepreneurial setting. This full-time, in office role involves assisting with audits, bookkeeping, and tax engagements while ensuring comprehensive financial information for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with audits, bookkeeping, and tax engagements
Prepare government remittances and maintain accounts
Set up client files and assist with budgets
Perform month-end and quarter-end close processes
Reconcile GL accounts including cash and bank

Requirements:
Accounting certificate or bachelor's degree in relevant fields
Up to 2 years of accounting experience preferred
Familiarity with T4s and T5s is an asset
Working knowledge of accounting software is a plus
Willingness to travel occasionally
