What You'll Do As the on-site Superintendent, you'll play an important role in keeping theproperty running smoothly and ensuring residents have a clean, safe, andwell-maintained place to call home. Your responsibilities will include: Responding to resident maintenance requests and completing general repairs Troubleshooting and performing basic plumbing, electrical, drywall,
