Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Paralegal program accreditation and audits with the LSO • Oversee program delivery to meet accreditation standards • Coordinate faculty meetings and provide updates on standards • Conduct classroom observations and documentation • Develop instructional materials and evaluation tools
Requirements: • Post-secondary education in a relevant field • Licensed Paralegal or Lawyer in valuable standing • Minimum three years of legal practice experience • At least three years of teaching experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adult learning principles
