As part of our expanding team in Collingwood, you will manage a small roster of patients, focusing on comprehensive preventive care. The position emphasizes understanding each patient’s health journey, with flexibility for personal commitments while achieving qualified satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Focus on a small number of primary care patients
• Establish robust relationships to support patient wellness
• Utilize same-day testing for quick insight and guidance
• Collaborate with Medcan’s referral team for treatment plans
• Participate in ongoing education and team initiatives

Requirements:
• Registration in positive standing with CPSO
• Current OHIP billing number
• CCFP, CCFP (EM), or FRCPC designation required
• Preferable experience in wellness and preventive care
• Availability for a minimum three-day work week
