Truly Nolen Pest Control and Skedaddle Humane Wildlife Control is a growing company in the pest and wildlife control industry in Nova Scotia.
We help homeowners and businesses deal with pest and wildlife issues in and environmentally friendly and humane way.

We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our growing team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities
Customer interaction by answering inbound telephone and email
Plan and schedule appointments for field staff
Prepare bank deposits
Prepare payroll and reconcile field work
Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Ability to learn and become proficient in Industry specific software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Solid organizational skills
Biligual in French would be an asset
