Become an integral part of HOOPP’s investment team as a Cross-Asset Investing Associate. You will focus on thematic investment portfolios, utilizing AI and research for informed decision-making.

Reporting to the Senior Portfolio Manager, this role requires 2 to 5 years of experience in public markets and cross-market analysis. You'll conduct in-depth investment research, assess macroeconomic developments, and develop investment theses across various asset classes. Your skills in data synthesis and AI-enabled workflows will drive effective investment decisions and portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify investment opportunities from macroeconomic trends and structural themes
• Develop investment theses with key drivers and risks outlined




• Conduct adaptable and structured fundamental research
• Create and maintain AI-driven investment research workflows
• Translate research into actionable investment expressions

Requirements:
• University degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• 2 to 5 years in investment research or thematic analysis
• Robust organizational and research skills
• Proficiency in Python and Excel
• Familiarity with AI tools in investment contexts
