Key Responsibilities:
• Support and enforce Coal Health and Safety Programs
• Educate employees on current safety regulations
• Conduct compliance checks for health and safety practices
• Oversee safety training and site requirements
• Uphold the Westmoreland Mining Code of Conduct

Requirements:
• Must possess a High School Diploma or GED
• Require at least 3 years of coal mining experience
• Equivalent education and training can be evaluated
• Ability to pursue a Provincial Mine Supervisor certificate
• CRSP designation is a plus
