Join Bouchier as a Seasonal Skid Steer Operator at Suncor Base Mine in Fort McKay, Alberta. Operate equipment safely and efficiently while ensuring compliance with company procedures.
This role focuses on operating Skid Steer and potentially other heavy equipment. With a schedule of 7 on 7 off, you will complete pre-operational checks, keep equipment clean, and maintain safety standards. Ideal candidates will possess a safety-conscious attitude and relevant certifications to ensure safe operations in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate Skid Steer and other equipment safely
• Document checks in daily logbook
• Complete pre-operational checks on equipment
• Ensure equipment cleanliness and maintenance
• Communicate repair needs to maintenance personnel
Requirements:
• 2-5 years of Skid Steer experience
• Valid Driver’s License required
• Certifications: CSO, WHMIS 2015, TDG
• Ability to lift 50lbs and work shifts
• Fluent in English, able to pass drug tests
