Boardwalk is seeking a skilled Maintenance Associate in Ontario to respond to maintenance requests within 72 hours, perform on‑call emergencies, and maintain vacant suites and common areas to our quality standards.
Required: 2 years of maintenance service experience; 3 years renovation experience is an asset; valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle. Solid English communication and ability to work independently or in a team are also expected.
