As a leader in our team, you will develop, implement, and monitor recreation programs that support the residents' holistic needs. Ensuring a protected setting, you will maintain effective communication with residents, families, and interdisciplinary staff. Your role will also involve partnership development with community agencies to enrich programming.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and oversee diverse recreation programs
• Record documentation and updates utilizing health protocols
• Build community partnerships for enhanced programming




• Promote safety in compliance with health policies

Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Recreation Therapy preferred
• Minimum two years of experience in similar roles
• CPR and First Aid certification mandatory
• Class 4 Driver's License a plus
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
