Responsibilities for Bilingual Security Guard
Customer service duties like welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors
Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams




Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, treating every person with respect
CCTV cameras monitoring and operation
Monitor and control special events crowd traffic and room access.
Take actions during emergency situations as per Garda world and USB protocols.
Access control of entry ways and exit points using equipment at your disposal
Complete Daily reports and Incident reports
Provide assistanceand evacuate the building(s) in case of emergency

Qualifications for Bilingual Security Guard
Hold a valid Manitoba security license
First aid certification an asset
Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
Positive verbal and written communication skills
Be able to work Afternoon Shifts
Fluent in French and English ( Written and Verbal)
Previous experience in the security industry is an asset
Be eligible to work in Canada
