Job Description

ARJ Architectural specializes in the logistics, distribution, and installation of doors, frames, and architectural hardware. We are looking for the right person to join our team as a Sales Administrative Assistant. The door is open, come on in!

Purpose of the role

Reporting to the Sales Director, the Sales Assistant will be primarily responsible for reviewing current customer requests and gathering all necessary information for estimation files. This role works closely with the Sales, Estimating, and Management teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather all relevant information required for each project file and follow up internally as needed


• Review new customer requests and prepare estimation files


• Follow up on projects in the estimating process and update the database with any project changes


• Perform other related duties as required

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel) required


• Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize, and a team-oriented mindset


• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesAbility to manage multiple files and projects simultaneously


• Bilingualism (English/French) is considered an asset.
