About the Role The Bookkeeper (Finance Operations) keeps Ingaged's books accurate and its records ready for review. The role leads reconciliation and month-end close preparation. It supports billing, collections, payables, payroll, and the financial side of event delivery. It also maintains our fixed asset records and prepares the schedules our external accountants rely on at year-end. This is the seat that turns a busy month of transactions into records the company can rely on, and a busy year into a close that holds together. It is the base of our finance function, and it is built to grow. Speed with accuracy is the defining feature of this role. Our busiest event periods and our heaviest finance periods land on top of each other. October, November, February, and March bring close, settlement, and reporting deadlines at the same time that ticketing, registration, and event
