About the Role

Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. 10+ years of progressive experience in operations leadership, with at least 5 years focused on managing large, distributed, or remote teams. Proven success in developing and executing operational strategies in a fully remote setting. Deep understanding of work from home best practices, culture, and technology enablement.
