• Lead a team to maintain existing client retirement plans • Implement management routines for deepening client ties • Activate and onboard current plan members • Ensure superior client experience and satisfaction • Analyze trends and regulations affecting clients
Requirements: • Minimum 4-7 years in a leadership role within finance • Proven success in business acquisition and network building • RPA and/or CEBS certification is a plus • Travel flexibility up to 75% required • Excellent interpersonal skills essential
