The Integrated Community Access Program in Whitby, ON is actively seeking a full time Registered Nurse specializing in psychosis services. This role offers a unique chance to support patients facing serious mental illness.

As a pivotal part of the outreach team, you will deliver mental health nursing services primarily focused on individuals diagnosed with psychosis. Your work will involve clinical assessments, group facilitation, and collaboration with families and community providers. This position also involves ongoing service redesign and the implementation of evidence-based practices to improve client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:



• Deliver clinical assessments for individuals with psychosis • Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups • Collaborate with community partners and providers • Engage in service redesign initiatives • Support discharge planning and community reintegration

Requirements: • Must be a registered nurse in Ontario • 3-5 years of mental health nursing experience • Current CPR-HCP certification • Training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy • Excellent communication skills with diverse populations
