Take on a critical role in student professional development as a Grad Program Advisor & Experiential Learning Coordinator at the University of Manitoba. Full time position focusing on experiential learning and student success.
This position requires coordination of various career development programs aimed at supporting graduate students. You will liaise with faculty and external stakeholders to arrange practicum placements. Organization and communication will be essential to manage workshops and alumni relations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage comprehensive programs for student career development
• Coordinate practicum placements, managing student and site relationships
• Develop promotional materials for outreach and engagement




• Support research initiatives in program development
• Lead workshops and events to enhance student learning
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree required; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years in a senior administrative role
• Experience in educational environments is preferred
• Exceptional skills in communication and relationship building
