We're looking for a licensed, compassionate Pharmacist to join our Hamilton pharmacy on a part time basis. This location specializes in addiction care and opioid agonist therapy (OAT), so you'll play a meaningful role supporting patients through recovery in a supportive, non-judgmental setting. This is a outstanding opportunity for a pharmacist seeking flexible hours and rewarding clinical work. New graduates are welcome to apply — training is available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
Accurately dispense prescriptions and counsel patients on secure, effective medication use
Manage opioid agonist therapy (methadone, buprenorphine/naloxone) including witnessed and carry doses
Provide clinical services including MedsChecks, immunizations, and minor ailment assessments
Maintain accurate narcotic and controlled substance records, reconciliation, and inventory
Manage ODB billing and third-party claims




Ensure full compliance with Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP) and Health Canada standards
Collaborate with prescribers and pharmacy staff to support positive patient outcomes

Qualifications
Licensed and in positive standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (Part A)
Injection certification an asset
Experience with opioid agonist therapy (OAT) an asset — training available
Compassionate, non-judgmental approach to patients in recovery
Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills
Comfortable with pharmacy dispensing software
Professional, reliable, and patient-first attitude
