Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome patients in a warm, professional manner Manage patient appointments, scheduling, confirmations, cancellations, and recalls Answer phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries Coordinate treatment appointments and follow-ups Process dental insurance claims, pre-determinations, and insurance inquiries Review and discuss treatment plans and fees with patients Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient charts and information Coordinate communication between patients, dentists, hygienists, and the clinical team Assist with daily administrative and front-desk operations Maintain a high level of patient confidentiality and professionalism Support the clinic team in providing an exceptional patient experience Ideal Candidate Previous experience as a Dental Administrator, Dental Receptionist, Treatment Coordinator,
