You will gain expertise in operating our commercial cookie depositor while portioning and organizing dough. This newly established role ensures growth opportunities as you master production processes and eventually manage dough scaling.
Key Responsibilities:
• Master the setup and troubleshooting of the cookie depositor
• Accurately portion cookie dough based on production needs
• Ensure effective and consistent cookie output
• Organize and manage finished goods storage
• Keep the workspace clean and maintained during shifts
Requirements:
• Interest in physical and hands-on bakery work
• Natural problem-solving abilities required
• Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines
• Dependable availability for 4-5 shifts weekly
