Located in Northern Zone, this role in the Cumberland Regional Health Care Centre requires a dedicated Clinical Therapist for the Adult Service team. You'll utilize your clinical skills and knowledge of mental health disorders to assess and support clients, working closely with them and their families during their recovery journeys. This position is centered on person-centered care and emphasizes continuous improvement and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess clients' needs and create care plans
• Deliver evidence-based individual and group therapies
• Collaborate with families for integrated care
• Conduct crisis intervention and safety assessments
• Participate in program quality initiatives
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline
• At least 2 years of licensed clinical experience
• Registration with the applicable regulatory body
• Understanding of therapeutic best practices
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
