Your role is vital in ensuring all designs meet the stringent safety and compliance requirements set forth by provincial codes. You'll collaborate effectively with engineering disciplines to support comprehensive project delivery.Key Responsibilities:
Engage in structural design for industrial EPC projects
Review and evaluate steel drawings and complex calculations
Ensure adherence to regional steel design and building codes
Coordinate with other engineering teams to resolve conflicts
Advise on specifications for materials and welding suited for local conditionsRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
At least 5 years of progressive engineering experience
Skilled Engineer (P.Eng.) registration with APEGA or EGBC
