Watermark Beach Resort in Osoyoos, BC, is seeking an experienced kitchen skilled to join our culinary team. The role requires 3–5 years in a kitchen, solid prep, cooking skills, and the ability to manage portions and costs.
You will train staff, supervise kitchen helpers, maintain inventory and keep a clean, organized workspace while preparing meals for guests with diverse dietary needs. This is an in office position at our resort restaurant and banquet facilities.
