Position Overview

Oxford Learning Brantford North is seeking part‑time French/English teacher‑tutors for its learning centre.

Key Responsibilities
Teach up to 3 students at a time at different levels, both online and in‑person.
Follow Oxford Learning methodologies and philosophies.
Fill in post‑lesson notes and complete daily student communication updates.
Maintain a friendly and professional manner at all times.

Position Requirements
Commitment to after‑school and evening hours, Monday to Thursday 3:30 pm – 8:00 pm.
Ability to commute to the Brantford, Ontario location.
Vulnerable sector screening mandatory.
Majority of the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
Fourth‑year university students with extensive tutoring experience considered.
Teaching certification a plus.




Valuable knowledge of Kindergarten to Grade 12 curriculum.
Experience teaching/tutoring at K‑12 (or equivalent) level.
Strong English written and oral communication skills.
Ability to multitask and balance up to three students.

Schedule & Compensation
Employment type: Part‑time.
Hours: Evenings, Monday‑Thursday (3:30 pm – 8:00 pm).
Pay: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour.
