We are seeking a friendly and effective Cashier to join our team at Red River Co-op Ontario Ltd.). As a Cashier, you will be responsible for accurately processing transactions and providing excellent customer service to our customers.

Responsibilities
Greet customers as they approach the checkout counter and process their transactions accurately and efficiently.
Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments using a point‑of‑sale system.
Ensure that all transactions are properly recorded and reconciled at the end of each shift.
Assist customers with questions or concerns, and direct them as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized checkout area and assist with stocking products as necessary.

Requirements
Experience in a retail or customer service workplace preferred.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and multitask.
Basic math skills and proficiency with computers.
