Scale up production processes from low to high volume
Develop work instructions and method sheets for consistency
Collaborate with engineering for design evaluations
Manage BOMs for better material routing
Lead initiatives to improve facility layout and workflowsRequirements:
5+ years in manufacturing or operations within a relevant field
Strong CAD skills in SolidWorks or similar software
Knowledge of assembly documentation and processes
Familiar with Lean Manufacturing and 5S methodologies
