The Role:Accounts Payable Clerk Under the direction of the Controller, the Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for managing accounts payable and aspects of financial accounting. This individual is autonomous, diligent, responsible, and communicates with ease. What You’ll Do: Help classify all the packing slips while ensuring that they are all signed off on by the site manager Manage payable invoices (about 500/month) Ensure that all invoices are verified, coded and classified correctly Receive clarification and approval from Superintendents for invoices that are missing information Help with the preparation of direct payments by collecting documents like receipts, compliance documents from WSIB, etc. Ensure
