Job Description Baker Full-time Yorkton Food Store What you’ll do: Baking- follow production schedules and recipes for breads, buns, and prepared pastries, as well as measuring/mixing ingredients and shaping dough Food Prep – Prepare, wrap and price deli and bakery products, such as sandwiches, salads, muffins, etc; operate printer, scalesand slicer. Stocking – Unload freight, stock and merchandise bakery and deli products within the store. Who you are: You have 2-3 years commercial baking experience You have Food Safe Certificate (willing to train) Knowledge of the safe operation of bakery production equipment Must be able to multitask in a very fast paced environment and have the ability to work independently with a strong sense of urgency You’re honest and trustworthy,
