Key Responsibilities Create a Welcoming Atmosphere: Bring a warm, friendly attitude to the kitchen, making the bistro a favorite spot for both dealership customers and our staff. Menu Excellence & Culinary Creativity: Design and prepare creative, high-quality menus, complete meals, and specialty items that surprise and delight our guests. Kitchen Pride & Cleanliness: Maintain impeccable hygiene and organization standards, ensuring all food prep areas, equipment, and utensils are spotless and organized. Smart Inventory & Cost Management: Manage weekly inventory checks, handle product ordering/purchasing efficiently, and keep accurate records of food costs and sales to maximize profitability. Operational Flow: Seamlessly balance day-to-day cooking with administrative tasks (like supply requisition and food cost tracking) to keep the bistro running smoothly. Supply Runs: Safely handle off-site supply trips as needed to source fresh,
